About 10 City Point
What do you love about this place?
City Tower is at the heart of Downtown Brooklyn, surrounding itself with many restaurants, culture, and subway stations. The view of the 38th floor overlooking Brooklyn through enormous 8 feet windows is the main reason why I fell in love with this particular apartment. With an additional high ceiling (Approx. 12 ft.) and light hardwood floors, making it very spacious. The windows are very good at soundproofing so you can barely hear excessive noise from outside. 38J has a state-of-the-art interior, washer/Dryer in the unit, along with microwave/oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. It also has extensive storage spaces and a walk-in closet. The building has 2 terraces, one on 43rd floor where you can see the view of the Statue of Liberty, and another on 18th floor with a garden, a basketball court, a well-equipped gym that the management cleans regularly, a conference room, and a bike storage. Another big hit in the building is the staff. The doorman and superintendents are friendly, kind, and professional. The building is very well managed and secure and it's literally 10 steps away from Target and Trader Joe's. It takes less than 10 minutes by car to cross into Manhattan. I absolutely enjoy living in City Tower.
Please note that the images are taken from the City Tower's site, all the walls are white unlike the images. Let me know when you would like to schedule a viewing. Furniture can be selected.
What isn't so great about this place?
The apartment is facing East. So the morning sunlight can be intense. But that's one of the best things about the apartment, you get very good sunlight. A blackout curtain is recommended for the bedroom.
