This home offers spacious apartments with a serene outdoor area, spacious common areas and modern amenities — all tied together by our coliving community. As you enjoy all the Gates House has to offer, you’ll meet people from every corner of the world, building a community from the comfort of your home.

Amenities may include: full-size mattresses, pillows, shelving, hooks and closet/organizational tools.


As always, the well-being of our members is our top priority, and we're committed to providing a safe environment for members at all Outpost apartments as the novel coronavirus pandemic continues to evolve. We're following CDC recommendations within our apartments to ensure your safety, including by leaving rooms empty for at least 24 hours after the previous member moves out. Our staff has access to the appropriate PPE and using high-strength disinfecting chemicals. We'll continue to adapt our strategies moving forward to ensure the health and safety of all of our guests and team members.

To move in, we collect first-month’s rent in addition to a one-month security deposit, which can be covered by HelloRented for a small monthly fee.
