I have a very nice and clean room in an apartment in City Station East. It is located conveniently right down the street from Blitman, and only 2 blocks away from Manory's, a convenience store, and other restaurants. I'm looking for a student to take my room in my apartment in the Spring 2022 semester (ASAP-May). I am moving out early and need to find someone to replace my spot. Rent is $895/m and includes all utilities.

The apartment has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (Each bedroom has its own bathroom!). My roommates are all RPI students and will be staying in the apartment in the Spring 2022 semester. I am only looking to rent my bedroom and bathroom in the apartment. The apartment also has a washer and dryer, full kitchen, shared closet, TV, and couches.

You will not be subleasing through me, as City Station does not allow subleasing. Please contact me first directly so that we can both approach the office at the same time with your intention to move into this room. You will be leasing from City Station directly.

The building also has a 24-hour fitness center on the 2nd floor, a dedicated parking lot & parking garage, and a doorman.
