I am looking for one clean, respectful, non-smoking female to sublease my room this summer. I have a beautiful, huge bedroom in a 3 bedroom house available 5/23/21-7/31/21, a 2-minute walk from Strong Memorial Hospital. $525 per month, fully furnished and includes water, sewage, trash, recycling, off-street garage parking, lawn service, free laundry and dryer, central air conditioning, kitchen supplies, Roku/Netflix on TV. Residents have access to backyard patio and a vegetable garden in the backyard. Utilities (gas, electric, internet) average about $30-40 during the summer. Bus stops to the city and surrounding shopping areas are right across the street. The house and room are beautiful, well-lit, all hardwood floor. Room is fully furnished with full-size bed, desk, dressers, large closet. Bathroom is shared with up to 1 roommate. Up to 2 female roommates may be living here during the summer. Landlord is wonderful and responsive. Great for UR students, medical/nursing residents or visitors. No couples please. Photos and more details available upon request.
