Two bedroom apartment in a really nice and safe neighborhood near Utica college on main road. Lived here more than 3 yrs and loved it! now have to relocate for family reasons and looking for sublet starting December 2022. Can rent out till July 2023. It is $1000 for 1 person and $1400 for two people. Fully furnished, and everything included (kitchen, hot water, electricity, internet, washer/dryer with coins, parking, snow cleaning).
