My partner and I officially need more space for our little one to run around and are looking for someone who will enjoy this apartment as much as we have. We're the original tenants of this unit and are sad to go.

About the apartment:
An open plan makes the most of high 10’ 6” ceilings and oversized windows that provide light from 2 directions. The apartment has amenities like central AC/heat, a dishwasher, in unit washer/dryer, and white oak floors. Outside, Prospect Park is only a 10 minute walk away.

An office area with a huge closet makes this an ideal wfh situation – it's super easy to control your Zoom background. The dining/living space is big enough for a full dining table, couch, and media area with room left to breathe. Glossy kitchen cabinets and two more closets can discreetly hold an amazing amount of stuff. The bedroom easily fits a queen size bed, plus other furniture.

The building:
Use of the panoramic 4th floor roof deck, gym, package room, dog run, backyard, rec room with pool table are all included. This low-rise new construction building has an elevator and virtual doorman system. The super lives onsite and the management is kind and helpful. Parking, additional storage, and bike storage are also available for rent in the basement. Very rare to find a new building that feels user friendly, but not soulless.

The neighborhood:
Prospect Heights is lovely and convenient any time of year with positive, inclusive neighborhood vibes. The Farmers market at Grand Army Plaza, Brooklyn Botanic Garden, and Ample Hills Ice Cream are minutes away by foot. It’s one of those places people visit every weekend, but an opportunity to actually live here can be really hard to find!
