What are you looking for in a tenant?
We are looking for a qualified tenants that can take over the remaining lease term. Our building manager technically does not allow sublets they agree to have a qualified tenant (vetted as a new tenant) added as a roommate to our and then once tenant has been confirmed they would release us from the lease and any obligations.

What do you love about this place?
Calm, relaxing and beautiful building. Really a perfect place for any stage of a persons life rather single or married with kids the building allows people to comfortable living situation while granting all luxury amenities one would need. As well I would add the management is superb and provide great service.

What isn't so great about this place?
The neighborhood does not have a lot of healthy eating options. But think that will change as downtown yonkers continue to develop.
