The mini-studios in the Colonial building are a budget friendly option right on the Ithaca Commons. Each mini-studio is furnished, including a microwave and mini-fridge, and has a private bathroom.

Utilities include internet, electric, heat, water, and trash removal. Security features of the building include exterior and common area security cameras, proximity tags entry, and a front door intercom. The Green St. bus stop is located just outside the back door of the building. Making it a great option for students of Cornell and Ithaca College.

We offer 12 month leases with the option to sublet. First month's rent and security deposit is payable before move-in. Ithaca Renting company does not permit pets in the building.
