This apartment is located in the heart of downtown only three blocks from the Commons and one block from the Cascadilla Gorge Trail, which also has a stop for the #10 bus up East Hill throughout the day. The main room has bay windows which form a perfect spot for a workspace with a desk. The kitchen and bathroom each have a stained glass window. Included in the rent are the water/sewer, electricity, and gas bills. There are four parking spaces off-street for the house, which has six apartments, so parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis. We furnish as much or as little as required at no extra charge.
