It contains a full bath, a half-bath, a spacious kitchen, washer/dryer, a dining room, a living room, a small office space, and a front porch.

Included in the rent are the bills for the water/sewer and the gas for cooking and heating water, as well as one off-street parking space. We furnish to whatever degree is required at no extra cost.
