This downtown 2-bedroom apartment is located on a quiet street one block from the Cascadilla Gorge Trail and the #10 bus route which goes up East Hill often during the day. Included in the rent are the water/sewer, gas, and electricity bills. In the basement is a washer/dryer setup shared with the other apartment in the building. Behind the building is a small lawn with some possible gardening space. The front porch is shared, but the back porch is screened-in and private. There are possible off-street parking spaces either open-air or in a garage. These are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Furniture is available to whatever degree is necessary at no extra cost.
