Nice house in Westcott neighborhood, 5 min walk from bus stop. Just across from Barry Park. I need someone to take over my lease, I will be moving out 2nd week of May. Roommate has two cats. Laundry machines downstairs. There's parking on the street or at the nearby Barry Park lot. Room is furnished and has a tv.
