Tenants have the option to use Ithaca Renting’s internet service for a one-time fee or setting up their own services with Spectrum. Electric is paid by tenants through NYSEG - Ithaca Renting will coordinate with NYSEG for you to start services.

We offer 12 month leases with the option to sublet. First month's rent and security deposit is payable before move-in. Ithaca Renting company does not permit pets in the building.
