The tenant would be responsible for purchasing their own trash tags though there is a shared compost bin in the backyard. The large shared back yard has a fire pit and black raspberry and blackberry bushes that produce in July.
There is typically free street parking available, but a parking space could be rented if desired. The house is located on a quiet street two blocks from the commons and bus stops, and a short walk to grocery stores and pharmacies.
