Please ensure to upload the necessary documents with your application: a copy of your ID, your two most recent pay stubs, and bank statements from the last two months (all pages included). For self-employed applicants, a recent tax return and two months' bank statements (all pages, in your name) are required. Note: Incomplete applications will not be considered. The move-in date must be within two weeks of application approval, and the processing time for applications may take up to 5 business days.

Qualification Criteria:
Credit Score: A minimum of 650 is required.
Background: Must have a clear background check.
Rental History: A positive rental history is required.
Income Ratios: Rent-to-income ratio must be less than 30% and the debt-to-income ratio less than 30%.

Fees and Costs:
Application Fee: Please note the application fee is non-refundable.
Lease Agreement: All adults applying must complete their application separately and be included on the lease agreement.
Monthly Charges: Lessees are responsible for $40/month for trash and sewer services, to be paid with the monthly rent.
Moving Costs: Include prorated rent (for the 1st month or both the 1st and 2nd months, depending on whether the move-in date is before or after the 15th), security deposit (potentially double, based on credit score), along with cleaning, carpet cleaning, pet (if applicable), and key deposits.
