I am renting out my master bedroom. Ideally looking for a graduate student or young professional, but open to someone who pays the rent and isn't a mess. Tenant would have master bedroom, own bathroom, and garage space. 3 bedroom house. Other 2 bedrooms are occupied with male roommates in their 20s who are chill and mind their own business. In the Spring Valley area close to the strip, UNLV, etc. A well-behaved dog is possible; I currently have a dog and I am taking the dog with me.
