• Non-refundable Application Fee(s): $75.00 per person 18+ (Please note: To secure the property an application must be credit approved and the Application Deposit with certified funds must be received in our office for us to take the property off the market.)
• $75.00 Application Administrative fee must be paid with the Application Deposit to secure property and proceed with rental and employment verifications.


• Utilities: $150.00 allowance (Tenant is responsible to pay for any fees over $150.00).
