This apartment is in a fantastic location! It is close to Cairn University, I-295, Route 1, the Pennsylvania Turnpike and the Langhorne Train Station! The two bedrooms are on separate sides of the apartment adding to the privacy! The apartment is fully furnished except for the one bedroom. Heat and water are included in the lease. We share the electric and cable/internet costs! Total rent for the unit is $1420, so you would pay half!
Additionally, there is a $35 per month laundry fee that we would share! The room is on the third floor, with no elevator, however, I know you will fall in love with the building and the grounds just like I have for so many years! You will have to fill out a rental application for my landlord, but that is an easy process!
