I am a full time professional at Clemson University. I have a private furnished bedroom and bath within a 4x4 share. It is in the beautiful Clemson Edge apartments. I am looking to sublease my share through July 2025 as I am moving to a unit with my husband.

Rent is $809 per month plus utilities. Beautiful clubhouse, swimming pool, study room, tennis courts volleyball, Catbus comes right into the complex and has two pickup spots. Runs from 6am to 10pm

I am willing to negotiate a bit in the rent.
