3 Pearl offers a turnkey, "all-inclusive" living options at PSU. Everyone has a private bedroom, the bedrooms and common spaces are fully furnished with unique amenities such as reverse-osmosis water dispenser, house printer/scanner, Keurig & dishwasher all included in the rent.
The bedrooms all control your own heat, black-out window blinds and keypad locks (no lock-outs).
Rent is per semester and INCLUDES all utilities, WiFi, Premium Cable as well as things like weekly cleaning, toilet paper, paper towles, dishwasher tabs, etc.
