Cozy room available with highspeed internet, use of a full bathroom (not shared), furnished with futon, desk, a couple chairs, shelves, tables, and a small refrigerator. Small Internet-ready TV in room can be hooked up as well with Apple TV.

Off-street parking in a safe neighborhood. There are two cats and a birds in the house. Room will be fully cleaned before move-in. Outside smoking only (if smoker).
