Bedroom has two closets, and a built-in linen closet in the bathroom adds even more storage. One parking spot is included, and there is coin laundry on-site. Tenant pays for gas and electric; water and garbage are included. No smoking. No pet cats, dogs, ferrets, or rabbits. We do charge an application fee of $40 per adult to check references, background, and credit.
