We have a ranch style home just on the west side of Monroe, N.C. in which we are renting out one of our upstairs private bedrooms with a private full bathroom.

I was a former student of Wingate College back in 1970's and have returned to the Union County area for my retirement.

We would love for you to come and stay with us during your school year.

We are ONLY renting out to individuals who are junior, senior, or graduate university students! If you are a junior, senior, or graduate student and need a wonderful place to live during the last years of your educational experience at the university please come and visit.

We do have two dogs that live with us on the farm.

We also require a background check and previous housing managers contact information and credit check.
