About Subleasing for full year
Looking to sublease my daughters apartment at Pembroke Pointe Complex across the street from UNCP campus. $575 per month starting in August.
Other 2 rooms are occupied by her brother and another male roommate.

3 Bedroom Apartment--Each bedroom has a bathroom and a closet. Livingroom, Dining room, Laundry room, and full kitchen. Extra Amenities--Pool, Fitness Center, and Beach Volleyball. Apartment is across the street from the campus, so it is in walking distance. Apartment is also in walking distance of grocery store and restaurants.
My daughter no longer needs an apartment, because her graduate classes are online.
