During the Spring 2025 semester, I will be out-of-state for an Honors Carolina seminar. I am seeking a subleaser to take over my room from January to April or mid-May. The house is two stories tall. There is a kitchen, a washer and dryer, a living room, dining area, a garage exclusive to the house, and an outside patio. You get your own bedroom with a shared bathroom upstairs, and there is an additional half-bathroom downstairs.

The house is 5 minutes from campus via car. It is also a 5-6 minute walk from the D-line bus stop, which you can take to get to campus each day in a 15-20 minute ride. There is a shopping center across the neighborhood for groceries (Food Lion) and eating out, which you can walk to in less than 10 minutes. And then there's another shopping center across the street from that one which is bigger and has Chipotle, Trader Joe's, Aldi, and Dollar Tree to name a few stores.
