Want to save a lot of money? Move in now and pay no rent until January 1, 2024.  Also big savings on not having to pay an initial deposit down payment.  Pet deposit is also included in the rent.  Move in as soon as approved by the leasing office.  I will also pay the $35 transfer fee.  The lease runs thru May 2024 and you have the option to renew or go month to month.  I purchased a home so having to move out immediately.
