Pet Accepted with Owner Approval & Non Refundable Pet Fee of $350. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Owner's insurance prohibits agressive breed/partial agressive breed animals of any kind. You must submit vet records, pet reference, and pictures of the pet for approval.

Home is on a private well and 2 bedroom septic tank and therefore is not suitable for living situations that require a lot of water usage.

Tenant must Remove Trash weekly.

We recommend doing a "drive-by" during daylight hours to make sure the location and feel of the house meets your expectations prior to scheduling a showing. Mostly Paved Access, there's some gravel once you get close to the cabin, Very close to Dillsboro, great covered porch, nice valley view, Southern Exposure, close to other cabins yet relatively private feel to it.

Cons;
Small cabin, smaller closets, smaller septic capacity better suited for 1-2 people and small companion pet.
