One bedroom with disability accessible bathroom at the bottom level of a duplex style house. Utilities are included with rent and unit comes fully furnished. Clubhouse includes gym, pool, and mailbox, but is under renovation at the time of this post. The whole complex is brand new and includes a shuttle service across town and to Wake Forest campus (among other destinations). There are two others living in the house, both undergraduate level students. One of the housemates is allergic to cats but there is an option to have pets onsite, however the contract I am signed up for now did not account for any pets. The unit up for lease is facing the street but includes a large, disability accessible bathroom. The house has a Ring doorbell and Ring alarm system and a high speed internet option for $10/month.
