There are three bedrooms (including a primary room with en-suite), 2.5 baths, open kitchen/ living room design, dedicated office space, and back patio.

Each room comes equipped with a smart TV that includes Netflix, Hulu, Max, & more- no need to log in!

-Kitchen: Fully stocked including cookware, plates/bowls, glasses, mugs, utensils, pot filler over oven range, microwave, keurig, coffee/tea kcups

-Bathroom: Smart light fixtures with Bluetooth speakers, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, towels, washcloths, and essential toiletries.

-Laundry: Stacked washer/ dryer with laundry detergent provided.

-Parking: While there is a no parking sign on the street, we have observed that guests have parked directly in front of our home (without blocking the neighbor) without any issues. However, for your convenience and peace of mind, we do have a spacious 2-car driveway available for your use. We recommend utilizing the fenced in driveway for parking during your stay to ensure you have a designated and secure parking spot.

Nestled in a central location, our home offers easy access to the bustling heart of Durham. As a result, it’s important to note that there may be some outside noises from the nearby busy street. However, we’ve taken measures to ensure your privacy and tranquility. Additionally, it's worth noting that our house is situated on a developing street where most of the neighboring houses have recently undergone renovations. However, one house stands as a reminder of the street's history, offering a unique glimpse into the neighborhood's past.
