Your roommates are a 2nd year graduate student currently teaching English and a senior Biochem major. Both guys are low key, hardworking students usually in bed by 11, keep things tidy and do their share. Like to play/mix music in the living room, but nothing too loud. Watch movies and play video games in the family room...the usual. You will share a bath with your own bath entrance.

Availability starts mid-December and runs through July. Utilities average $70/month total. There is a rental application the property management company will require in order to be approved for the takeover of the remaining lease. I will cover the $200 lease takeover fee.
