There is a non-refundable $250 pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent, and an enclosed dog park for you and your pet to enjoy!

Standard three bed units rent for $740 per bed; $740 security deposit per person
Premium three bed units rent for $755 per bed; $755 security deposit per person

The administrative fee is $50 per person.

The rental price includes high speed wireless fiber Internet, on-site trash dumpster, and a monthly utility allowance of $60 for water and electricity.

Parking at this complex is limited, and spots are allocated on a first come, first serve basis. There is no guest parking available at this complex.

Open lot spaces are an additional $20 per month.
Outdoor covered parking is an additional $40 per month - located by building 200.
Parking garage space is an additional $50 per month - located at building 100B.

Storage units are also available for an additional $50 per month. They are located in the basement of building 200 and are approximately 5' x 10'
