The building was once a fire and police station and each apartment holds some history with items such as original brick walls, jailhouse doors, the firehouse kitchen, along with some new appliances in the kitchens to allow for old and new to come together to provide 10 unique apartments.

Unit 101 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit on the first floor at the front of the building. It has large, original windows to allow for plenty of light in the living room and kitchen area. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove and refrigerator.

This apartment does not have a washer/dryer hookup, however, the building will have a laundry room added soon that can be used for a small monthly fee if you’d like to use onsite laundry.

Tenant will be responsible for connecting electric before moving into their unit. Internet and television may be connected through Spectrum. Small dogs are permitted with a $250 non-refundable pet leasing fee and a $25 per month pet rent fee (breed restrictions apply due to insurance requirements.)
