Thank you for your interest in Lexington Park Apartments. We have 1 unit coming available - around the end of April. The apartment rents at $600.00 1br - 1 bth which includes full size washer & dryer, stove & refrigerator, remodeled, faux wood flooring & carpet. We are pet friendly (There are 17 aggressive breeds that we do not allow - please check with the office) We are a great non-smoking country suburban community to live in. The security deposit is one full month rent of 600.00. There is a 250.00 non refundable pet fee and also a monthly $10.00 pet rent per pet with up to date vet records and rabies shots. 2 pet limit. We pay trash.

It is 1st come 1st serve. We are 100 percent full now. The lease is for a 12 month lease and start on the 1st of the month. These units have stairs. For our 2 bedrooms, only 4 people are allowed to live in them.

We are in a prime location next to 2 different interstates (I-85 &;Hwy 311/52). Located just a few miles from Uptown Lexington with shopping, restaurants, a lot of fun things to do. Small quaint, cute 62-unit family oriented complex, close to everything including major employers.

You get your own trash bin that you take out Thursday night, trash men will pick it up every Friday. Some units come with microwaves.

Our utilities are with the City of Lexington, you will be responsible for your power & water bill as well as phone, internet & cable. The units are very nice. Most have been remodeled with faux wood flooring, new carpet, freshly painted, 5-inch baseboards, crown molding, new back splashes & counter tops. Most apartments have front & back doors, this one does not. You have your own parking spaces, and can have gas grills. Further community amenities coming soon are a Picnic Area, BBQ Grills. We just added a playground, a huge Dog Park and a gazebo area.

Your credit score must be 600 - 630 plus & higher, you will be required to pass a credit & criminal felony background check.

Background checks are $25.00 per person over the age of 18, will get your approval or denial within 24 to 48 hours. Everyone must be on the lease contract & must pass the credit / criminal felony check. Must be employed & make gross pay 3 times the monthly rent. Cannot have any late paying history or evictions or criminal activities. Our credit company is very thorough and covers everything, extremely detailed in discovery.
