I am renting a private, furnished bedroom to a single person. $800/ month for terms of 6+ months and $900/month for terms less than 6 months. Rent includes all utilities. $500 security deposit & a fee for full background check. You'll share a large bathroom with a female roommate. Access to all common areas (kitchen, laundry room, and living areas). I keep the common areas of the home fairly clean and orderly. I'm quiet & very respectful.
