This oceanfront home is in a quiet residential area but only a quick drive or bike ride to all the shops and restaurants that make up Surf City. 
There are several places in the living room to sit and enjoy the view and each other’s company. The dining room has a table seating 8. The well-equipped kitchen has a second table for 4. A large screen mounted TV is perfect to catch a movie or watch your favorite team. There is a full bathroom off the kitchen. The generous deck beckons you to lay out, read a good book, have a refreshing drink or just watch the waves. The stairway from the deck takes you onto the beach. 

On the first floor you’ll find the primary bedroom with a king size bed and large mounted smart TV and ensuite bathroom with bathtub/shower. The second floor has the remaining 6 bedrooms. There are 4 bedrooms with queen size beds, 2 of these are oceanfront with private balconies. Each queen room shares a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower with its neighbor. The 2 bunk bed rooms are perfect for the kids to have their own space. All bedrooms have a mounted smart TVs.

Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shoreline.  Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, Tops’l as the locals call it is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier; 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward to the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital.
