The laundry closet is conveniently located in the hallway between the two bedrooms. Continue down the hall and you will find a shared full bathroom next to the second bedroom. The second bedroom provides two double sized beds and a television. Utilize the community elevator located near unit 1312 to conveniently load and unload your items while on vacation!

No Pets, per HOA regulations (no pet contract required). No Smoking in house or on decks. No parties or events on premises. No grilling within 6 feet of any structure or boardwalk, per HOA regulations. Only 2 parking passes and 1 pool fob are provided for this property. The community beach access is located at the middle of the building near the condos closest to the beach.
