You’ll love staying at this authentic oceanfront condo. The views from the balcony are amazing and at night you’ll enjoy the unfussy feel of this relaxed place. Just head down the stairs and you’ll be splashing in the ocean or the community pool.

The living room has a couch, a loveseat, and a recliner. You can take a cat nap to the sound of the waves or the drone of the TV. The dining room table seats 6 with 2 stools at the counter. The kitchen has everything you’ll need for an easy vacation meal.  

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, smart TV, access to the balcony, and ensuite with a shower.  The secondary bedroom has 2 twin beds and a full daybed with a trundle. There is a hall bathroom with a bathtub/ shower. In the laundry room, you'll find a full-size washer and dryer. 

Quiet and residential, North Topsail Beach is close to shops, restaurants, and activities. You will only be a 10-minute drive from the closest grocery store (Food Lion) and 20 minutes to the center of Surf City where you will find many privately owned gift shops, restaurants, and attractions.

Guest Access: Keyless entry or Lockbox. Our properties are individually owned. Our guests will have use of the entire property.

A Valid Government Photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreeent is required for every reservation.

Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines.  Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, Tops’l as the locals call it is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier; 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants, and attractions abound on Topsail as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center.
