• Master Bedroom: Queen bed, with deck access

• Master Bathroom: Vanity, shower.

• Guest Bedroom: Twin Bunk beds

Kitchen: Full kitchen

• Dining Table: Seating for 4 at the table.

• Living Room: Sofa sleeper, 2 side chair, coffee table, TV, ceiling fan.

• Deck: Access from the living room

• Parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles

• Parking is monitored by property management. Please adhere to parking rules.

The Area: Topsail is a 26 mile long, barrier island made up of marshes, barrier flats, dunes and beach. North Topsail Beach is 8 miles (13 minutes) from Surf CIty, it is also 6.4 miles (9 minutes) to Sneads Ferry. North Topsail is home to the Seaview Pier. At the Pier, you can go fishing, watch the ocean from the pier, get some ice cream, order from the restaurant.

Other Things to Note:
Absolutely no events. NO Smoking. Pets are not allowed in our complex.

Paper goods and any specialty items are NOT provided and would need to be brought with you or bought once you arrive on the island.
