New to our program, this gorgeous 4 bedroom/ 3 ½ bath home, sleeps 9 comfortably.

Take the elevator to the first floor where you enter a cheery foyer/sitting area with sleeper sofa for an extra bed if needed.. this spot is great for family fun and games, with the wonderful ocean views from the floor to ceiling windows and sliding door for deck access.

A Twin/Full Bunk room is off to your right with a shared Jack N Jill full bathroom. Pass through the bath and enter an ocean front Queen bedroom with access to the deck.

Going left in the foyer will bring you into and ocean front bedroom with 2 twin beds and private bathroom. This room also has deck access.

Take the stairs or elevator to the top level and enter a bright and airy kitchen/living/dining area with floor to ceiling windows and amazing ocean views. Head to the covered deck overlooking the beach with your favorite beverage and watch the waves wash onto the sandy beach below... RELAX - You're on island time!

To the left of the stairs you will pass a half bath and enter a King Master suite with slinding doors for deck access.

The bottom level offers an outdoor shower with hot water, garage for one car and plenty of driveway parking. (Limit of 4 cars)

Pelican’s Reach is the perfect place for family and friends to spread out and soak up life at the beach! Located in one of Topsails Islands premeir neighborhoods, the Village of Stump Sound is an ocean front community that offers a Rec Center and Community Pool.

Sea Coast Rentals caters to family groups. No events such as sororities, fraternities, bachelor or bachelorette parties etc...
