Advertised rate is only applicable for stays within advertised date range and the stay must be 60 days or more for the rate to apply. Unit is primarily a vacation rental and must be rented at the nightly rate for stays under 60 days or during the summer season. Prospective tenants must complete an application and pass requirements in order to qualify for rental without a co-signer.

"After Dune Delight" is a large three Bedroom and three Full Bathroom townhome style property with not just one, but two beautiful decks to enjoy while you are here. This home features one King bedroom, one with a Queen, and the third with two Full beds. If that's not enough, there's a sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is modern and well equipped.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events.
