St. James Efficiency (lockout) Unit - Long Term Rental - This spacious unit is completely furnished with bed, nightstand, dresser, table and chairs. It has a refrigerator and microwave (no stove/oven). The unit also has a full bathroom and closet space. You will also have a private patio with a nature filled view. Tenant is responsible to pay $50 towards electric and water/sewer and $15 for insurance per month. One small pet is negotiable with non-refundable pet fee. Minimum lease is 6 months. Credit and background checks are required.
