University Overlook - The Laurel: Premier Student Housing! Walk to Campus! Accepting Applications For Fall 2022 - University Overlook is located just across the street from the Convocation Center at ASU and has an AppalCART stop nearby. This complex has two floor plans of studio apartments, The Dogwood and The Laurel. The Laurel is an interior unit with a little more square footage so that you can maximize your living space!

All units have granite counters, luxury vinyl flooring, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, and a ceiling fan in the living/bedroom.

The Laurel rents for $1035 per month. The security deposit is equal to the rental amount and the administrative fee is $50 per person. The rental price includes standard Cable/Internet, on-site trash dumpster, and a monthly utility allowance of $70 for water and electricity. Parking at this complex is limited, and spots are allocated on a first come, first serve basis. Parking is an additional $50 per month. There is no guest parking available, and these units are NOT pet-friendly.
