Down a metal spiral staircase is the large third bedroom or optional bonus room. With a covered front deck and trees surrounding the home on three sides, this is the ideal place for those students looking for a peaceful escape and privacy.

This property has a monthly rent of $1800. A $1800 security deposit and $200 administrative fee are due upon signing. Please note, this is a student only rental. Please note, this is a student exclusive rental.

Water, provided by a shared well, and yard maintenance are all included in the monthly rent. Electricity, serviced by Blue Ridge Energy, propane, internet, offered by Charter, and trash and snow removal are all responsibilities of the tenants. A refrigerator, stove, and washer and dryer are all included as an added amenity!
