The main floor features the master bedroom, bonus room and bathrooms, while upstairs has two spacious bedrooms. The bonus room can be used as an additional bedroom if desired.

This property has a monthly rent of $2,300. A $2,300 security deposit and $200 administrative fee are due upon signing.

Well water and lawn maintenance are included in the rental rate. Electricity, provided by Blue Ridge Electric, propane, provided by Blue Ridge Energies, cable and internet, trash removal, and snow removal are all responsibilities of the tenants. A washer and dryer, refrigerator, and stove are also included as an added amenity!
