The available unit has tile flooring (view those pictures) throughout the entire apartment (including the bedrooms), updated kitchen cabinets and appliances. Walking distance to campus, restaurants, & shopping. The rental price is for each tenant. Only two person occupancy. Rent includes water/sewer, trash pick-up, and lawn maintenance. Tenants are responsible for cable/wifi and electric. Stack washer and dryer. Approved pets are allowed with a pet fee of $30 per month per pet (limit 2 pets). No pet deposit. Parking is included for tenants and we do not provide visitor parking. There is a large yard for walking pets. Online payments. Individual leases. $200 non-refundable administration fee and $450 security deposit, $50 non-refundable application fee per person.
