on the third floor w/ elevator access. This is right on Franklin Street so very convenient to school and shopping. Everything included except electricity and parking. Electricity is around $30 a month and parking is available nearby on monthly basis via the town. There will be another female w/ access but she does not plan on residing there this summer.
