About Looking for 2 roommates in 4 bdrm House for 9 month lease (academic year only-no paying for summer when we are not here!)
We are two male MSU students looking for 2 more roommates in a 4 bedroom/3 bathroom house.
9 month Lease from mid-August 2023 to mid-May 2024 only. No summer payments! Save three months rent. Also, utilities are included so no extra payments.
Bedrooms available:
1 bedroom with shared bath-$800- Utilities included!
1 bedroom with private bath-$900- Utilities included!
Home is furnished. You'd need to furnish your own bedroom.
Kitchen, washer/dryer in unit, small backyard with gas grill and deck.
We are chill, like to hike, fish, play pool.
