Hello! I am looking for a male roommate to rent the large second bedroom at my apartment in Dinkytown for the 2021-2022 school year. Move-in would be in the middle/end of August and the lease would be through the end of August 2022, with the ability to re-sign and sublease if needed. The rent is $975 a month with all utilities included except electric and gas, which is around $30-60 a month depending on the season. The apartment is on the top, 6th, floor with a balcony and an amazing view along with having a ton of various amenities, such as washer and dryer in unit, double sinks, dishwasher, island with extra built-in mini-fridge, and many more! There are also a ton of different perks to living here such as free food during the week, movies on the lawn, and other great stuff.
