What do you love about this place?
The location, being so close to North Oak Trafficway is extremely convenient but its also far away enough from the road for there to be plenty of quiet. Neighbors are extremely friendly and have had no issues with anyone so far. 24 hour maintenance has helped me more than once without fail, even after hours.

What isn't so great about this place?
Getting ahold of the leasing office at times can be a bit of a chore, its a maze of automated messaging and voicemails but more often than not someone is in the office, so going in person typically isn't a problem.
