1 Bed/1 Bath close to downtown Cape Girardeau with High Speed Internet - This 1 bed/1 bath apartment is within walking distance of downtown Cape Girardeau. It includes water/sewer/trash/internet and there is a shared laundry room in building.

Rental Qualifications: There is a $25 application fee per adult. We run a background and credit check, and contact previous landlords. Will not accept applicants with misdemeanors in the last 5 years, felonies in the last 10 years, or any sex offenders. Rent must not exceed 35% of applicant's gross monthly income.

Pets allowed with the follow stipulations:
- A signed Pet Agreement is required, as well as up-to-date vet records.
- There is an additional Pet Deposit of $250, half of which is refundable after move out.
- There is a monthly pet fee of $30/dog, $20/cat.
- Breed restrictions are as follows: No Akitas, American Pit Bulls or Staffordshires, Chows or Chow Chows, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinchers, or Wolf Hybrids (wolf mixed with any breed).
- No more than 2 dogs, or 3 pets total.
